A zero balance in the concert account. A total of <br /> I $351 .26 in the LAHC and $ 1500.00. in the kiln account. <br /> Carolyn reported that she had received a Letter of Agreement from Steve . <br />• I Baysinger,Louisville City Manager. It had been drawn up by the Louisville <br /> City attorney. It was a standard lease agreement that will require some <br /> amendments before signatures can be placed on it by both the LAHC and the <br /> LAA. <br /> The following members will attend all or part of the Colorado Consortium <br /> 1990 Annual Convention and Workshop Series: Nancy Westergaard, John <br /> IHansen and Joanne Lyman. <br /> I John reported on the acquisition of a phone system to be used in our office. <br /> It will be shared jointly with the LAA. He will be contacting the phone <br /> company to start this service. <br /> I <br /> The applications that were submitted to the SCFTD before the September <br /> I deadline will be resubmitted for the October deadline . Mary pnd Joanne 4 3 %PI <br /> have volunteered to retype the first page of each grant. Oral presentations <br /> of the resubmitted grant applications are required. Dates and times have not <br /> Ibeen determined. <br /> IMary submitted examples of type size for a letterhead. The LAHC will chose <br /> one and go to press for interim stationary. <br /> IMary was commended for the outstanding job she did for the music in the <br /> park for the Labor Day Arts Festival. Joanne sent a note to Pasco <br /> congratulating the Louisville Theatre on their first production. <br /> I <br />
