I $2,000.00- Theatre Start-Up $600.00- Labor Day Week-End Music I $2,500.00- Louisville Art Association $2,500.00- LAHC Aaminitrative Costs ' $2,500.00- Piano Acquisition I $2,500.00- Artwork Acquisition for the Louisville :Recreation Center ,r•lo Nancy (Treasurer) reported a total oa ance of $5,473.06. There is a total of $563.53 in the LAHC. The concert total is $600.00. The library art acquisition total $2,601 .00. There is a total of $ 1 ,500.00 in the kiln account. Mary moved that the (extra) money that resulted from the cancellation of I the Dixieland sand be divided up among the other three performing groups over Labor Day week-end. They are .The Flagstaff Brass Quintet, 7 Kevin Dooley and Ed Rudman and Wind machine. It was approved 4/0. I the a 1 Nancy reported that she had contacted _he Colorado Consortium of Community Art Councils to make sure that the accounts are setup the right r way. Lisa Spivak referred the LAHC to Karen Leone(Durango). Nancy has sent • the required paperwork off to Karen to review. INancy has contacted the !RS to start the paperwork on the L.AHCs 501c3 status. Nancy-reports it should take no more than six weeks. I The LAHC unanimously agreed that guidelines were neeaec for individual ICounsel members making business expenditure_.
