<br />2.36.010 Elective offices designated - Election - Term. <br /> <br />A. The qualified electors shall elect, at the November <br />1987 regular municipal election, and every four <br />years thereafter, a mayor, AND a city clerk and a <br />ci ty trcaourer from the city at large. Such <br />officers shall hold their respective offices for a <br />term of four years, commencing on the first Monday <br />after the first Tuesday in January following their <br />election. <br /> <br />Section 2. Section 1 of this Ordinance shall take effect <br />only if and at such time as a majority of the registered electors <br />of the City of Louisville voting thereon at the special election <br />called pursuant to Section 3 of this Ordinance vote in favor of <br />making the position of City Treasurer appointive, the appointment <br />to be made by the City Council. <br /> <br />Section 3.
