• <br /> •r <br /> a.) cont. <br /> Sharon has contacted Java Emporium to set up a coffee table. Safeway and <br /> King Soopers have donated $15.00 each for drinks. There will be a TyeDie T <br /> Shirt Artist and an Artist selling beads and floral wreaths. <br /> b.) A revised budget must be submitted to SCFD by Sept. 1st. --- <br /> c.) Oct. 1st is the Neodeta grant deadline. Pat and Sharon will set up a <br /> meeting with Neodeta to find out the requirements. <br /> d.) CCA grant- deadline Oct. 3rd. We would fall into the yearly operating <br /> expense category of $1500.00. The requirements would include an Audit <br /> by a certified CPA. An ADA plan approved by Very Special Arts. Submit a <br /> job description of officers and governing board. We would also need to <br /> submit a one page summery of the last three years and our next year goals. <br /> There is also a project grant of $2,000.00-$3,000.00 with a Feb. 15th <br /> deadline. <br /> Bea Rader has a mini grant of $500.00 available towards folk art projects. <br /> e.) SCFD- Sharon and Pet met with Shirley McGuiness from SCFD to review <br /> the grant process. Pat submitted minutes from the meeting. <br /> • Announcements <br /> A meeting with SCFD the Louisville Historical Society and Carolyn <br /> Markham will be set for the future. <br /> SCFD from Denver will have an on sight visit Sept. 6th at 9:30 a.m. <br /> Adjournment <br /> Sonia Hayes made a motion to adjourn the meeting and Rosalynn Seglem <br /> second the motion. <br /> Minutes submitted by <br /> Carolyn Meyer <br /> • <br />
