<br />Sisk was concerned about the tower and the signage thereon. <br /> <br />Levihn did not mind the directional entrance sign or the "bell" tower. <br /> <br />Keany was concerned about the visual impact of the exterior lighting of the building at night. He <br />wanted a more muted color on the exterior of the building. He wanted them to stipulate on the PUD <br />that they would not have any ground lighting focused on the building on the side facing Hwy. 36, <br />other than the parking lot lighting. <br /> <br />Kraft agreed that they would not have any ground level spot lighting on the side facing Hwy. 36. <br /> <br />Wood stated that the lighting shown on the PUD would be the only light allowed. The ground <br />lighting on the building had not been shown. <br /> <br />Davidson preferred various shades of tan rather than various shades of white for the exterior colors. <br />He stated that Resolution No. 28 should be continued as it probably would not pass at this meeting. <br /> <br />RECESS <br /> <br />Davidson called for a five minute recess. <br /> <br />MEETING RECONVENED <br /> <br />Davidson called the meeting back to order. <br /> <br />Kraft accepted the offer to come back to the next Council meeting for approval. <br /> <br />Davidson moved that Council continue Resolution No. 28, Series 1996, until April 16. Seconded by <br />Howard.
