C.RlSon

11990 Grant St., SUite 200
Denver, Colorado 80233
303/457-2966

November 6, 1990

City of Louisville
749 Main Street
Louisville, CO 80027

Dear Mayor and City Council,

We respectfully ask your consideration for the annexation
and zoning of a parcel of land near Louisville. The property
is located just south of downtown between Roosevelt Street and
96th Street, just south of Rex Street (annexation and zoning
maps included herein), there are just under 10 acres.

The use for this parcel would be proposed as single
family detached housing in a density, style and price range
compatible to the neighborhood.

We feel that this property should be annexed to Louisville
for the following reasons:

1. The land is contiguous to the City, in fact,
is largely surrounded by the City.

2. The land is within the planning area of the
City.

3. The existing services of the City surround
and partially bisect the parcel.

4. The inclusion of the property within the City
of Louisville would be a rational and logical
extension of the City's boundaries.

Thank you for your time and consideration.

Slnci!lY,

/:/U <Ze!--
~~A~/I/;;;~t~

~s~uke Carlson

SLC/LDCI jw
Enclosure
