<br /> The Board of Trustees 'of the Town of Louisville, Boulder County,
<br /> Colorado, met in regular session at its regular meeting for the month of
<br /> on 1950, at the Town Hall in said Town.
<br /> Present: Mayor and
<br /> and the Town Clerk
<br /> . Absent:
<br /> The: PUblic Service Company df Colorado, acting by F. S. Henderson,
<br /> its District Manager, them filed with the Board of Trustees its notice
<br /> of application for 'franchise to locate, build, oonstruct, acquire) purchase,
<br /> mintain and operate into, within and through the Town of Louisville,
<br /> Boulder County, Colorado, a plant or plants, substations, and works, for
<br /> the purchase, generation, transmission and distribution of electrical energy,
<br /> and to furnish, sell and distribute said electrical energy to the Ton of
<br /> Louisville, and the inhabitants thereof, for light, heat, and power or other
<br /> purposes by means of conduits, cables, poles and wires strung thereon, or
<br /> otherwise, on, over, under, along, across and through all streets, alleys,
<br /> viaducts, bridges, roads, lanes, and other public ways and places, in said
<br /> Town of Louisville, and fixing the terms and conditions thereof, which
<br /> application was duly read to the Board of Trustees by the Town
<br /> The Town Town Clerk then presented to the Board the affidavit of, 6,1444-411.1"ek,
<br /> Della Hobson, the editor and publisher of the Louisville Times, showing that
<br /> said notice of application had been published in The Louisville Times, a weekly
<br /> newspaper of general circulation published in said Town of Louisville, for three
<br /> consecutive insertions, and that the first publication of said notice was in
<br /> the issue dated December 15, 1949, the second in the issue dated December 22,
<br /> 1949, and the last in the issue, of December 29, 1949, which affidavit of
