L <br />Cityo/ <br />Louisville <br />Boards and Commissions <br />Board of Adjustment <br />• A quasi - judicial board that hears and decides requests for variances from the City's <br />zoning ordinances. <br />• Seven (7) members, one is an alternate <br />• Three -year terms <br />• Staff liaison: Scott Robinson (ScottR@LouisvilleCO.gov, 303.335.4596) <br />• Meets the third Wednesday of each month at City Hall, 749 Main Street, at 6:3o PM, <br />only as needed <br />Building Code Board of Appeals <br />• A quasi - judicial board that hears and decides appeals of orders, decisions, or <br />determinations made by building officials relative to the application of the building <br />code. <br />• Six (6) members, one is an alternate <br />• Three -year terms <br />• Staff liaison: Ken Swanson (KenS@a LouisvilleCO.gov, 303.335.4580) <br />• Meets the third Thursday of each month at the City Hall, 749 Main Street, at 7:0o PM, <br />only as needed <br />Cultural Council <br />• Advises the City Council on matters related to culture and the arts, brings cultural <br />activities to Louisville, its primary goal is to advance and preserve the arts in <br />Louisville. <br />• Ten (lo) members <br />• Three -year terms <br />• Staff liaison: Suzanne Janssen (SuzanneJ@a LouisvilleCO.gov, 303.335.4581) <br />• Meets the third Thursday of each month at City Hall, 749 Main Street or the Center <br />for the Arts, 801 Grant Avenue, at 7:00 PM <br />Golf Course Advisory Board <br />• Advises the City Council on matters related to the Coal Creek Golf Course and its <br />management. <br />• Seven (7) members <br />• Three -year terms <br />• Staff liaison: Joe Stevens (JoeS@a LouisvilleCO.gov, 303.335.4731) <br />• Meets the third Monday of each month at the Library Meeting Room, 951 Spruce <br />Street, at 6:3o PM <br />7 <br />
