The following people were present: <br /> <br />Task Force Members: <br />Shelley Angell <br />Eric Fowles <br />Aquiles La Grave <br />Michael Menaker <br /> <br />Staff: <br />Troy Russ, Planning and Building Safety Director <br />Meredyth Muth, Public Relations Manager <br /> <br />Guests: <br />Guillermo Mazier <br /> <br />La Grave introduced Guillermo Mazier from Atlas Advertising. Atlas has <br />experience with advertising and communications campaigns for La Grave <br />asked him to attend to give ideas of what the group might be missing in our <br />conversations. <br /> <br />Meneker gave an update on what the group is thinking of recommending to City <br />Council including an additional staff person to handle social media and additional <br /> <br /> <br />Angell noted one issue the group is trying to keep in mind with all of the <br />recommendations is the digital divide between young and old residents. <br /> <br />Mazier asked who the audiences are and what messages are they or are they <br />not getting.
