Open Space Advisory Board th July 9, 2014 Catherine wants any further OSAB comments on the Draft Coyote Management plan to be emailed to her by July 16th. X. Discussion- Survey & Wayfinding Subcommittee Updates Tom was not present to update OSAB on the Survey Subcommittee. Ember wants the Wayfinding subcommittee to review the RFP they received via email on July 7th. She is getting the staff edits/comments by the end of next week. She wants the subcommittee to submit comments by then, as well. She will email the final draft of the RFP to the entire OSAB as soon as it is ready. If substantial revisions are asked for, then OSAB will have it as a discussion item, otherwise minor corrections wont hold things up. Helen expressed a desire to have the RFP go out as soon as possible. XI. Discussion- Finalize Materials for Study Session with City Council The board decided to put this topic off until the next meeting, after OSAB has a unified draft since the study session date was further postponed. Helen and Ember will finalize the draft and it will go out in the next meeting packet. th XII. Discussion Items for Next Meeting on August 13: 1) Discussion of the open space memorial bench program. 2) Finalize materials for the study session with city council. 3) If major changes are requested for the RFP, then a discussion of it. 4) Harlan will present baseline information for wayfinding (signs & social trails maps). 5) Catherine will present the final coyote plan.
