<br />ORDINANCE NO. 1231, SERIES 1996 - APPROVING AN ANNEXATION, KNOWN <br />AS THE OWEN ANNEXATION TO THE CITY OF LOUISVILLE, COLORADO - <br />22.46 ACRES - 1ST READING - SET PUBLIC HEARING 10/15/96 <br /> <br />Tanoue read by title only Ordinance No. 1231, Series 1996, "An ordinance approving an annexation, <br />known as the Owen Annexation, to the City of Louisville, Colorado." <br /> <br />Howard called for Council comments or motions. <br /> <br />Lathrop moved that Council approve Ordinance No. 1231, Series 1996, Owen Annexation, first <br />reading, and set a public hearing for October 15, 1996. Seconded by Levihn. Roll call was taken. <br />Motion passed by a 5 - 0 vote with Sisk being excused and Davidson being absent. <br /> <br />ORDINANCE NO. 1232, SERIES 1996 - ZONING PROPERTY ANNEXED TO THE <br />CITY OF LOUISVILLE KNOWN AS THE OWENS ANNEXATION - 22.46 ACRES - <br />1ST READING - SET PUBLIC HEARING FOR 10/15/96 <br /> <br />Tanoue read by title only Ordinance No. 1232, Series 1996, "An ordinance zoning property annexed <br />to the City of Louisville and known as the Owen Annexation." <br /> <br />Howard called for Council comments or motions. <br /> <br />Keany moved that Council approve Ordinance No. 1232, Series 1996, set out for publication and set <br />the public hearing for October 15, 1996. Seconded by Mayer. Roll call was taken. Motion passed <br />by a 5 - 0 vote with Sisk being excused and Davidson being absent. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 56, SERIES 1996 - FINAL PUD DEVELOPMENT PLAN FOR LOT 14, <br />BLK 6 - CTC <br /> <br />Paul Wood, Planning Director, stated that he would combine his presentation for Resolution No. 56, <br />57, and 58. Knollwood Partnership was the applicant for all three resolutions. They requested <br />approval of final PUD plans for a speculative office and warehouse facility. The intent of the <br />applicant was to build three similar buildings on adjacent Lots 14, 15, and 16, Block 6, CTC. Two <br />of the buildings would be for a two tenant finish and the third for a three tenant finish with site design <br />and landscaping all very similar. The variation amounted to color and setback, as well as the south <br />building elevation. At Planning Commission's direction all three buildings had incorporated two <br />additional landscape islands in the parking area to break up it up and provide better direction for truck <br />circulation. Bike racks were proposed for all three buildings. Planning Commission approved their <br />Resolution No. 17 with 14 conditions. Resolution No. 56 had five conditions of approval, most of <br />which related to the processing of building permits and C.O. in relation to the installation of public <br />improvements. <br /> <br />Sisk called for the applicant's presentation. <br /> <br />5 <br />
