Unanimous voice <br />vote to approve. 5:0 <br /> <br /> <br />D.Resolution No. 11, Series 1999, Coal Creek Medical Center, Lot 1, Amended <br />Final PUD Development Plan for a new ground sign. <br /> <br />Staff Public Notice Certification: <br /> <br />Paul Wood, Planning Director, certified that public notice was published in the Daily Camera on <br />January 23, 1999, mailed to surrounding property owners on January 22, 1999, and posted in City <br />Hall. All Planning Commissioners verified that they were familiar with the site. <br /> <br />Staff Report and Facts and Issues: <br /> <br />Paul Wood stated that this item was continued without discussion by the Commission on February <br />9, 1999 at the request of the applicant. Mr. Wood presented the details of this matter as stated in <br />the staff report. <br /> <br />Paul Wood stated that Staff is recommending approval with five conditions. <br /> <br /> <br /> 2 <br /> <br />
