<br /> <br />A.The Overlook, Lots 3 and 4, Block 1, The Business Center at CTC, a Final PUD <br />Development Plan and Special Review Use application for a 25,000 square foot <br />restaurant, café, and banquet facility. <br /> <br />Staff requests a continuance to the August 10, 1999, Planning Commission meeting, due to <br />an error in the public notice process. The Daily Camera published notice in the paper one <br />day late and therefore a new publishing in the paper was necessary to fulfill the 15 day public <br />notice requirement. The surrounding property owners were properly notified and will not be <br />sent a new notice. <br /> <br />Motion made by Jeff Lipton to continue the Overlook, Lots 3 and 4, Block 1, Business <br />Center at CTC to the August 10, 1999 Planning Commission meeting. Seconded by Chris <br />Pritchard. <br /> <br />All were in favor. <br /> <br />B. Majestic Brewing, Lot 14, Block 6, CTC First Filing, 270 Taylor Avenue, <br />Amended Special Review Use application for expanded food service and <br />outdoor seating in an existing brewery with a public tasting room. <br /> <br />Staff requests a continuance to the August 10,1999, Planning Commission meeting. <br /> <br />Motion made by Jeff Lipton to continue Majestic Brewing, Lot 14, Block 6, CTC First Filing <br />to August 10, 1999. Seconded by Chris Pritchard. <br /> <br />All were in favor. <br /> <br /> <br />C.Avista Adventist Hospital, 100 Health Park Drive, Temporary Use Permit for two <br />trailers for administrative and office services. <br /> <br />The applicant has withdrawn the application. <br /> <br />Bill Boulet made a motion to remove the item from the Planning Commission’s business <br />agenda. Seconded by Jeff Lipton. <br /> <br />Unanimous voice vote in favor to remove. <br /> <br />D. Resolution No. 32, Series 1999, Colony Square Village Shops, Final PUD <br />Development Plan for 47,000 S.F. of multi-tenant retail in the six buildings. <br /> <br />Staff Public Notice Certification: <br /> <br />Manjeet Ranu, Planner II, certified that public notice was published in the Daily Camera on June 27, <br />1999, mailed to surrounding property owners on June 25, 1999, posted on the property, and posted <br />in City Hall. All Planning Commissioners verified that they were familiar with the site. <br /> <br /> <br /> 2 <br /> <br />
