<br />Approved – September 18, 2003 <br />Roll Call Vote: <br /> <br />Lipton called a motion to approve Resolution No. 1, Series 2003, a resolution recommending <br />approval of a request for a zoning designation of single family medium density 9SF-MD) for the <br />Ray Annexation (a pending annexation petition). <br /> <br />McDermott so moved. Mahoney seconded. <br /> <br />Jeff Lipton, Yes; Tom McAvinew, Yes; Alicia Mahoney, Yes; Bill McDermott, Yes; Chris <br />Pritchard, Yes; and Scott Robson, Yes. Debra Kalish was excused. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />5.Discussion / Direction <br /> <br /> <br />Commercial and Industrial Landscape Criteria as proposed by the Horticulture and <br />Forestry Advisory Board (HFAB) <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Election of Officers – Discussion <br /> <br />Johnstone reviewed the Memo as provided in the meeting packets regarding the election of <br />officers for 2003. <br /> <br />Commissioners discussed whether the officers for 2002 would be interested in serving for 2003. <br />Lipton expressed interest in continuing for 2003. <br /> <br />Bill McDermott moved that the election of officers be tabled to the next meeting so allow Staff <br />the opportunity to discuss with the current officers of their interest to serve another term. Scott <br />Robson seconded. <br /> <br />All in favor by voice vote. <br /> <br />Johnstone will contact Debra Kalish requesting her preference. <br /> <br />Staff will have the election of officers on the February agenda. <br /> <br /> <br />6.The following items are tentatively scheduled for Tuesday, February 11, 2003. <br /> <br /> Village Shops at Colony Square, <br />an amended final planned unit development (PUD) to <br />permit the use of corporate logo signs, permit the change of color for signs with exposure <br />to McCaslin Blvd, and to permit the tower at the SE corner of the center to be lighted and <br />to function as a monument sign, Lots 1, 2, 3, & 4 Colony Square.
