<br />Approved – September 18, 2003 <br />between the two anchor stores is great enough that the size difference in the signage would not be <br />noticeable. Robson supports the 36-inch size for both businesses. <br /> <br />Pritchard stated that he would not support a 36-inch height but would consider a 42-inch height. <br /> <br />Kalish stated that the height restriction also needs to include any logos that might be introduced as <br />part of the signage and that it apply to the other tenant in the old Kmart building. <br /> <br />The other Commissioners agreed. <br /> <br />Roll Call Vote: <br />McAvinew called for a motion. <br /> <br />Kalish moved that Resolution No. 16, Series 2003 recommending approval of an amended final <br />PUD development plan for the Louisville Plaza final PUD permitting the installation of a 42-inch <br />high wall sign above the front entrance of the store once occupied by Kmart. The resolution <br />should reflect the following changes: 1) change all references of 36-inch to 42-inch, and 2) in <br />condition #3 the words ‘store entity’ should be changed to ‘sub-tenant’. Seconded by <br />McDermott. <br /> <br />McAvinew called for discussion of the motion.
