<br /> <br />4.All SRU plans subject to review per Resolution No. 3, Series 2000 shall adhere to the note <br />that any window signage, both illuminated and non-illuminated shall be prohibited. <br />Temporary banners and temporary signage are not allowed on the building or on the lot at <br />any time. <br /> <br />5.If approved by City Council, the applicant shall work with City Staff to prepare an <br />amended Final PUD plan set for the Gateway Plaza PUD, including signature blocks, legal <br />description, title blocks, etc., to be recorded with the Boulder County Clerk and Recorder. <br /> <br />Commission Questions of Staff: <br />McAvinew requested if any Commissioners had questions of Staff. <br /> <br />McAvinew asked when the sign package was originally approved. <br />Martell stated in the Spring, 1999. <br /> <br />Pritchard asked what color the Kinko sign is and the Tokyo Joes sign. <br />Martell stated that the Kinko sign is blue and Tokyo Joes is white. <br /> <br />Loo had no questions. <br /> <br />McDermott had no questions. <br /> <br />Applicant Presentation: <br />McAvinew requested the applicant presentation. <br /> <br />Tim Wiens, representing Firstier Bank, read a letter from Randy Haisfield because Haisfield could <br />not attend the meeting. <br /> <br />Commission Questions: <br />McAvinew requested if any Commissioners had questions for Mr. Wiens. <br /> <br />McDermott asked if they agree with the conditions as presented by staff. <br />Wiens replied that they are a good compromise. <br /> <br />McDermott asked where was the biggest compromise for them. <br />Wiens replied that it was the logo size change. <br /> <br />McAvinew had no questions. <br /> <br />Pritchard questioned the total SF of the signage request and does it meet the guidelines. <br />Wiens referred to Martell. <br />Martell stated the total SF is 43 which is well under the allowable SF by the CDDSG. <br /> <br />Pritchard asked if the other tenants were being presented. <br />Wiens replies that the letter from Haisfield does represent the other tenants. <br /> <br /> <br />9 <br /> <br />
