Attendance and Volunteer Hours: Everybody filled out their hours. <br /> Park Hill Brass: Starts at 6:00. Still looking for a food truck to help out. <br />Discussion as to how to set up and what time we need the volunteers to show <br />up. <br /> Events coming up in Fall. Discussion about doing just one poster with all <br />the events. Susan will see who can help with doing the poster. <br /> As we have a lot of events, we need to make sure that we increase our <br /> <br />th <br /> Next meeting will be Programming strategy meeting in September 17 <br />5:00p.m. <br /> Community Park Sculpture Garden Suzanne asked to discuss the future <br />of the sculpture garden in October. <br /> Cultural Arts Master Plan On the schedule to do a Study Session for City <br />Council for an update for this in November. <br /> City Council Report Capital projects budget 1% for the arts, favorably <br />received, but there was no commitment to support that. Wifi in Arts Center will <br />be part of the operating budget. Discussion about how to allow non legislative <br />boards and commissions to meet in a more informal manner and increasing the <br />size of boards when there are lots of applicants. <br /> Staff Report Suzanne has lots of opportunities for volunteers. Sidewalk <br />chalk still needs volunteers. Volunteer spot is working very well and is very easy <br />to use. <br /> Boulder County is doing an Arts Master Plan. We will have to see how <br />this works in conjunction with our master plan. <br /> City website will be easy to navigate. Artists will have a way to sign up, <br />and there will be a way to be part of the newsletter. <br /> notes were attached. There will be a meeting with the <br />CASIII board who are the people who are involved with the SCFD. September <br />23.
