NEWS FROM THE LAND MANAGMENT DEPARTMENT <br /> DAVIDSON MESA TRAIL COMMUNITY PARK DEDICATION & <br /> EXTENSION PROJECT ARBOR DAY CELEBRATION <br /> Trail work is going gangbusters at the Davidson SATURDAY, APRIL 29 <br /> Mesa Open Space. If you have visited Davidson 9:00 AM <br /> Mesa recently, you have probably noticed some new <br /> disturbances and equipment spread across the site. The <br /> contractor is completing the new trails as well as re-seed- <br /> ing disturbed areas, extending fencing for the dog off- <br /> leash rn� � W�� 00 <br /> area, placing seating boulders harvested from the ���I.IU W <br /> site, and a few other miscellaneous improvements such <br /> as fencing and prairie dog barrier installation and the Intk*k <br /> removal of some unnatural cobble piles. <br /> The improvements at the Mesa require the contrac- <br /> tor to work in a variety of locations throughout the site Come join in the celebration as we dedi- <br /> which has resulted in sporadic weekday trail closures. sate the new Community Park at 955 <br /> Your patience and courtesy as the contractor completes Bella Vista Drive. Food and drink will be pro- <br /> the work is appreciated.
