City Council <br />Meeting Minutes <br />December 16, 2014 <br />Page 4 of 14 <br />Horticulture & Forestry Advisory Board: 3 Two -Year Terms: January 2015 — December <br />2016: Shelly Alm, Mark Newland and English Hopkins. <br />Local Licensing Authority: 1 Three -Year Term: January 2015 — December 2017: <br />Associate: Tim Hervey <br />Open Space Advisory Board: 2 Three -Year Terms: January 2015 — December 2017: <br />Missy Davis and Tom Davinroy. <br />Revitalization Commission: 1 Five -Year Term: January 2015 — December 2019: Bob <br />Tofte. <br />Sustainability Advisory Board: 1 Four -Year Term: January 2015 — December 2018: <br />Jamie Bartlett. <br />MOTION: Council member Keany moved to approve all the Boards and Commission <br />appointments, seconded by Council member Stolzmann. <br />PUBLIC COMMENT <br />Ken Gambon, 607 Augusta Drive, Louisville, CO congratulated the two applicants who <br />were appointed to the Golf Course Advisory Board. He noted there were twelve <br />applicants and all were very talented with skills in marketing and business. He felt they <br />would be of great service to the Golf Course Advisory Board. <br />VOTE: All were in favor. Absent: Mayor Pro Tem Dalton. <br />APPROVAL OF ADDITIONAL COSTS FOR THE US 36 /MCCASLIN INTERCHANGE <br />(DDI) FOR LED AND STREET PEDESTRIAN LIGHTING <br />Council member Stolzmann explained the reason she requested this item be removed <br />from the consent agenda was the additional costs. She noted the project is moving <br />along and $70,000 is needed for lighting. She planned to approve the additional cost <br />for the lighting funded from the General Fund rather than the Capital Projects Fund. She <br />requested when staff brings back budget amendments they should also provide <br />recommendations on reductions and changes to the budget, which focus on next year's <br />consultant expenses and new positions. <br />Council member Lipton shared Council member Stolzmann's concerns, and was <br />interested in determining what additional revenue might be available and which funds <br />would be reduced. <br />Mayor Muckle stated the question is whether the funding for the lighting should come <br />from the General Fund or the Capital Projects Fund. He agreed with the concern <br />expressed. He asked Council member Stolzmann if she wanted the lighting funded <br />
