Mayer moved that Council approve Ordinance No. 1183, Series 1995, consenting to inclusion in the <br />NCWCD, at second and final reading as amended. Seconded by Howard. Motion passed by a 6 - 0 vote with Levihn being absent. <br /> <br />Howard moved that Council make a resolution which will give the intent of ensuring that any mill <br />levy increases by NCWCD will be off-set by the City of Louisville to the citizens. Seconded by <br />Davidson. <br /> <br />Lathrop felt this should be considered when Council considers the budget rather than at this time. <br /> <br />Sisk wanted to City Attomey to create a resolution to be considered by Council to amplify Howard's <br />motion. <br /> <br />Davidson agreed with Lathrop. <br /> <br />Roll call was taken. Motion failed by a 2 - 4 vote with Davidson, Keany, Lathrop, and Sisk voting <br />against and Levihn being absent. <br /> <br /> <br />
