She did encourage Council to approve the project. <br /> <br />Christopher Schmitz, 9875 Phillips Road, Lafayette, Colorado, a member of St. Louis Parish and the <br />youth program, spoke in favor of the project. <br /> <br />Dianne Shanks, 920 Lincoln Avenue, Louisville, Colorado, was concerned about the exterior lighting. <br />She felt all fixtures should be shielded and mounted no more than 10' above ground. Concerning the <br />alley, ensure sufficient widths were preserved so the neighbors can access their lots from the rear, if <br />they chose to expand or replace garages. She felt off-street parking needed to be provided. She <br />stated that conditions attached to Resolution No. 49, Series 1992, should be followed, particularly, <br />the requirement for a fence along the southern boundary of the parking area. She did not want the <br />height increase in the facility. She agreed with a letter from the Burrous regarding the negative <br />impact of property values affecting the surrounding residences. She felt that noise, traffic, parking, <br />and congestion must be minimized. She wondered what the future impacts would be after the new <br />church offofMcCaslin Boulevard is built in the future and what would be left behind. She wondered <br />what had happened to the landscaping of the Lincoln/South Street play area that was in the 1992 <br />proposal. <br /> <br />Dianne Wojciechowski, 185 Mesa Court, Louisville, Colorado, (INAUDIBLE). <br /> <br />David Hayes, 938 Arapahoe Circle, Louisville, Colorado, (INAUDIBLE). <br /> <br />David Faris, 467 W. Eisenhower Drive, Louisville, (INAUDIBLE). <br /> <br />David Pfnisten, 303 Jackson Circle, Louisville, Colorado was in favor of the project. <br /> <br />April Groff, 920 St. Andrews Lane, Louisville, Colorado, spoke in favor of the project. <br /> <br />Steve Schwartz, 109 1/2 West Geneseo Street, Lafayette, Colorado, supported the expansion. <br /> <br />Deborah Fahey, 1118 West Enclave Circle, Louisville, Colorado, has twin daughters in 5th grade at <br />St. Louis School. She did not approve of the off-street parking for staff, as it would eliminate the <br />playground. She was in favor of the expansion and suggested the school get a school bus to eliminate <br />some of the traffic. <br /> <br />Jim Conrad, 1020 Mallory Street, Lafayette, Colorado, a St. Louis student, was in favor of the <br />expansion. <br /> <br />Bruce Schmitz, 9875 Phillips Road, Lafayette, Colorado, a parent in support of the project. <br /> <br /> <br />
