RED>OLU TIO~T <br />JOINT RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF IAUISVTLLE, COLORADO, <br />AND THE LOUISVILLE URBAN R~~+TEWAL AUTHORITY ASSUMING COMPLIANCE WITH THE <br />CIVIL RIGHTS ACT OF 1964. <br />WHEREAS, the City of houisville, Colorado, is preps"ring an application <br />for financial assistance from the United States of America pursuant to <br />TITLE I of the Housing Act of 1949, as amended; and <br />WHEREAS, in connection with said application, the City Council of <br />the City of Louisville and the Louisville Urban Renewal Authority desire <br />to provide assurances of compliance with the Civil Rights Act of 19b4 <br />and Executive Order 11246. <br />NOW, THEREFO_~ BB IT EtESOLVED by the City Council of the City of <br />Louisville and the Board o.f Com~ni.ssioners of the Louisville Urban Renewal <br />Authority that the United States of America, acting by and through the <br />Secretary of the Department of Housing and Urban Development is hereby <br />assured that the City of Louisville and the Louisville Urban Renewal <br />Authority will comply fully with the provisions of the Civil Rights <br />Act of 1964 and Executive Order 11246 in all activities of said bodies <br />including the application for and use of financial assistance pursuant <br />to Title I of the National Housing Act of 1949, as amended. <br />Adopted by the City Council of Louisville, Colorado this <br />day of February, 1972. <br />Mayor, Lawrence aranc <br />ATTEST: <br />ity C erk <br />Adopted by the Louisville Urban Renewal Authority, this `z2 <br />day of February, 1972• <br />~ y <br />C airman <br />,, <br />ii o <br />ecretary ~- `~- / (~ <br />
