RESOLUTION ~~ <br />WHEREAS, Jerry Maxwe7L1 ]zas served as Councilman for the City of <br />Louisville, Colorado for 1:he period of time from January !~, 1972, to <br />December 9, 1972, and <br />WHEREAS, during his 1;ime as Councilman Jerry Maxwell served the <br />city in many and varied capacities, and <br />WHEREAS, the service of Jerry Maxwell was unselfish and unstinting <br />and well above and beyond the normal call of duty, and <br />WHEREAS, by reason oi' h:is untimely passing, the City of Louisville <br />shall no longer have the benefit of his guidance and enthusiastic support <br />in the solving of city problems, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT R]~SOLVED by the City Council of the City of <br />Louisville, Colorado that: <br />1. The sympathy of i;he entire city be extended to his bereaved <br />family and friends. <br />2. That the Mayor and each member of the City Council and City <br />Staff hereby express their personal sympathy to his family and friends. <br />3. That the memory of .Jerry Maxwell shall inspire in each of us <br />an increased desire and will:i.ngness to make Louisville the best place <br />in Colorado to work and liven <br />!~.
