Davidson opened the public hearing and called for anyone wishing to speak on this item. NONE Davidson closed the public hearing. Sisk moved that Council approve the street closure request and live music for May 20,1995, with the proviso that the rain date is set for June 3, 1995. Seconded by Mayer. All in favor with Howard being absent. ORDINANCE NO. 1189, SERIES 1995 - AMENDING SECTION 1.28.20 OF THE LOUISVILLE MUNICIPAL CODE CONCERNING THE SERVICE Tanoue read by title only Ordinance No. 1189, Series 1995, "An ordinance amending Section 1.28.020 of the Louisville Municipal Code concerning the service of Municipal Court Summons or Summons and Complaint." Tami Tanoue, Griffiths & Tanoue, stated that this ordinance was requested by the City's Prosecuting Attorney. It conforms the City's ordinance to the provisions of the Municipal Court Rules of Procedure. Davidson opened the public hearing and called for anyone wishing to speak on Ordinance No. 1189. Seconded by Keany. Roll call was taken. Motion passed by a 6 - 0 vote with Howard being absent. RESOLUTION NO. 27, SERIES 1995 - ADOPTION OF LOUISVILLE OPEN SPACE MASTER PLAN Bill Simmons, City Administrator, stated that the Louisville Open Space Master Plan is a product of the Louisville Open Space Master Plan Task Force, which was commissioned by the City Council to prioritize potential land acquisition and identify preservation techniques. The recommendations presented to the City Council were based on neighboring government agencies and site visits. Council had reviewed the plan in last week's Work Session. Davidson called for Council comments or questions. Mayor and Council acknowledged the outstanding work of the Open Space Master Plan Task Force.
