THE CITY OF LOUISVILLE <br />MAY 1, 1990 REGULAR COUNCIL MEETING <br />The City Council of the t:ity of Louisville met in Regular Session <br />in the Council Chambers, 749 Main Street, Louisville, Colorado. <br />Mayor Herman Fauson called the meeting to order at 7:30 g.m. and <br />the following persons were present: <br />Council Members: Margaret Hornbostel, Kevin Howard, Tom <br />Davidson, Marie Szymanski, John Sackett, <br />Randy Carnival. <br />Staff Present: Nelda Mohr, Dir. of Library <br />Tom Phare, Dir. of Public Works <br />John Franklin, Dir of Community Dev. <br />Steve Baysinger, Dir. of Community <br />Services <br />Rod Leesman, Dir. of Public Safety <br />Sharon Asti-Caranci, Acting City <br />Administrator <br />Also Present: Donna Cummings, City Clerk <br />Pat Williams, City Attorney <br />Wm. Hesson, City Treasury <br />APPROVAL OF THE AGENDA <br />Mayor Fauson asked for any changes to <br />the agenda. <br />Mayor Fauson asked that the appointment <br />of the new City Administrator be placed <br />under M1. Also State Senator Sandy Hume <br />is represent and would like to make a <br />few statements about the highway bill <br />that is coming up shortly and I would <br />like this placed before 5A. <br />Hornbostel stated she would like to have <br />a discussion about replacing the city <br />water attorney placed under M2. <br />Williams stated he had received a letter <br />from Alan Beezley on behalf of the <br />Avista Health Park Subdivision <br />requesting that they be placed on the <br />agenda. It would require a motion by <br />one of those who voted to table this <br />issue to reconsider this request. I <br />would suggest that we add it to the <br />agenda for council to take up the issue. <br />1 <br />
