seconded.
Szymanski asked if this has
anything to do with the $20,000
that they want from us'
Williams stated yes and before we
agreed to pay that price they will
then agree to drop any claims for
the $20,000 this will resolve all
the financial issues. We will pay
what it will cost to hook up, if
Avista is willing to do it, we will
pay them that money.
Phare stated we figure it will be
around $9,500, we could provide
domestic water service independent
of the 12" line installed by the
hospital. The cost will never
exceed the $20,000.
Mayor Fauson stated that if the
hospital agrees to $9,500
settlement we will stay on the
line, if not then we will go ahead
and disconnect and fund this
ourselves.
Howard made a friendly amendment
that is be contingent upon the
hospital formalizing their
withdrawal of demand on the city
through normal channels. Davidson
agreed to add this to his motion.
By Roll Call Vote motion passed 5-
0.
RESOLUTION N0. 17, SERIES 1990 HEALTH PARK SUBDIVISION FILING NO.
4 REPEAT
Read by title only, Resolution No.
17, Series 1990, A Resolution
approving Health Park Subdivision
Filing No. 4 (Replat)"
Davidson moved to reconsider this
item, seconded by Szymanski.
