attending. <br />Mayor Fauson moved and Szymanski <br />seconded to reschedule the June 19 <br />meeting to Thursday June 14. <br />Motion passed. <br />OTHER <br />NONE <br />CITY ATTORNEY REPORT <br />Williams stated several meeting ago <br />we were having a problem with STC <br />and water discharge permits and we <br />were going to issue a summons in <br />court. We have issued a summons to <br />STC into court. They are willing <br />to admit to the violation and <br />agrees to pay the maximum fine of <br />5300. They have also corrected the <br />issue. <br />Williams stated he was having a <br />meeting regarding Mr. Lehman's <br />property at 701 Grant with the <br />insurance carrier, Mr. Lehman and <br />his attorney, and Mr. Franklin. We <br />have basically allowed Mr. Lehman <br />to use that property in a manner <br />consistent with what was addressed <br />to him before he purchased the <br />property. Before the city's issue <br />is final I will bring it back to <br />you on how we stand or don't stand. <br />COUNCIL COMMENTS AND COMMITTEE REPORTS <br />Davidson congratulated staff on how <br />fast they got the developers to <br />comply with our sign ordinance. <br />Davidson stated the Consortium of <br />Cities did have a brief meeting. <br />Hornbostel stated that the Boulder <br />County Consortium on Transportation <br />met and brought in information from <br />staff of all the different areas. <br />What they are looking at is whether <br />there is a need for a link to the <br />airport. <br />Carnival stated he would like to <br />
