RESOLUTION NO. 13 <br />SERIES 2015 <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING AN ANNEXATION AGREEMENT FOR THE 245 <br />NORTH 96TH STREET ANNEXATION <br />WHEREAS, the City of Louisville is authorized to annex land to the City and enter into <br />an annexation agreement with the owner of the property to be annexed; and <br />WHEREAS, there has been proposed an Annexation Agreement between the City of <br />Louisville and Boulder County Housing Authority relating to the annexation of certain real <br />property owned by Boulder County Housing Authority and denominated as the 245 North 96th <br />Street Annexation; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council by this Resolution desires to approve such Annexation <br />Agreement and authorize its execution. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF LOUISVILLE, COLORADO: <br />Section 1. The proposed Annexation Agreement (245 North 96th Street Annexation) <br />( "Agreement ") between the City of Louisville and Boulder County Housing Authority is hereby <br />approved in essentially the same form as the copy of such Agreement accompanying this <br />Resolution. <br />Section 2. The Mayor is authorized to execute the Agreement on the behalf of the <br />City, except that the Mayor is hereby granted the authority to negotiate and approve such <br />revisions to said Agreement as the Mayor and City Manager determine are necessary or desirable <br />for the protection of the City, so long as the essential terms and conditions of the Agreement are <br />not altered. <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED this 1/44—‘ day of R0.rc -k , 2015. <br />Carol Hanson, Deputy City Clerk <br />Robert P.
