RESOLUTION NO. 23 <br />SERIES 2015 <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING AN 8111 AMENDMENT TO THE AMENDED AND <br />RESTATED DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT FOR CENTENNIAL VALLEY <br />WHEREAS, there has been submitted to the Louisville City Council a request for <br />approval of an amendment to the Centennial Valley General Development Plan, including <br />a proposed 8th Amendment to the Amended and Restated Development Agreement, in <br />order to authorize a change in land use for property located at 1107 Century Drive and <br />designated Parcel G2 on the general development plan; and <br />WHEREAS, all materials related to the amendment to the General Development <br />Plan and associated agreements have been reviewed by City Staff, the Planning <br />Commission and City Council; and <br />WHEREAS, after a duly noticed public hearing on March 12, 2015, where evidence <br />and testimony were entered into the record, including the findings in the Louisville Planning <br />Commission Staff Report dated March 12, 2015, the Planning Commission recommended <br />approval of said amendments; and <br />WHEREAS, - City Council has reviewed the application, including the <br />recommendation of the Planning Commission, and finds that it complies the Louisville <br />Municipal Code; <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Louisville, <br />Colorado does hereby approve an 8th Amendment to the Amended and Restated <br />Development Agreement for Centennial Valley. <br />SED AND ADOPTED this 21St day of ril,2015. <br />By: 4'&ieAY <br />Robert P.
