Ordinance "A" revised the fixed cost of a valuation from $48.00 to another <br />value, amending Section 15.04.100. Ordinance "B" incorporated under Section 15.04.030 a one <br />permit process rather than having a separate permit for each item. The real change that Ordinance <br />"B" brought forward was to calculate valuation based upon building standards. He pointed out a flaw <br />that, if the City went with Building Standards for all construction, it would mean that actual valuation <br />would not be used for commercial. Consequently, the City would be losing a lot of the valuation on <br />commercial. Ordinance "C" retained actual valuation to be used for commercial construction and <br />then going to the Building Standards for residential, single-family/multi-family.
