He <br />recused himself from the vote on Consent Agenda 4G. Mayor Sisk called for other <br />changes and hearing none, moved the Consent Agenda be approved, seconded by <br />Councilor Yamell. Resolution No. 79, Series 2010 — A Resolution approving a Preservation <br />and Restoration Grant for the Restoration and Moisture Mitigation on <br />the Ross - Zarini House Located at 501 South Street <br />PUBLIC COMMENTS ON ITEMS NOT ON THE AGENDA <br />Alan Sobel, 1408 Kennedy Avenue, Louisville, CO continued the filibuster addressing <br />his belief the City of Louisville, protects the interests of large corporation and not the <br />residents' interests. He addressed the different ways the City could inform Louisville <br />citizens of the Cable Bill of Rights. His suggestions included regular notices on Channel <br />8, bulletin boards postings, regular notices in the Community Update Newsletter, <br />newspaper advertising supplements and special mailers to Louisville homes. <br />COUNCIL. INFO_ RMATIO_ NAL COMMENTS ON PERTINENT ITEMS NOT ON THE <br />AGENDA <br />Mayor Sisk reported the U.S. 36 Mayors and Commissioners Coalition and 36 <br />Commuting Solutions submitted a "Completing the Vision" Position Statement on <br />December 16, 2010. The request is for a Potential FasTracks Investment of <br />$305,000,000 from existing FasTracks Revenue for the following projects: <br />U.S. 36 BRT managed lanes /service improvements /bikeway $144.5 million <br />e North Metro Phase I improvements - $144.5 million <br />e Longmont Station - $16 million <br />® He noted the requested funding would not complete the U.S. BRT project, however the <br />Metro Mayor's Coalition is requesting the northern area, including Thomton, Commerce <br />
