THE CONTRACTOR IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL PERMITS, FEES AND LICENSES ASSOCIATED WITH THE WORK AS SHOWN ON THE <br />DRAWINGS. <br />2. THE CONTRACTOR IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE SCHEDULING AND COORDINATION OF ALL REQUIRED INSPECTIONS WITH THE CITY. <br />3. THE CONTRACTOR IS TO COORDINATE LOCATIONS OF ALL TRANSFORMERS, SWITCHING BOXES AND OTHER UTILITY <br />APPURTENANCES BEFORE INSTALLATION. ANY AND ALL TRANSFORMERS, SWITCH BOXES, UTILITY CABINETS INSTALLED ON CITY <br />LAND REQUIRE APPROVAL FROM THE CITY. <br />4. THE CONTRACTOR IS TO VERIFY THE LOCATION OF ALL ABOVE AND BELOW GROUND SERVICES BEFORE THE COMMENCEMENT OF <br />ANY WORK. CONTRACTOR TO VERIFY WITH THE CITY FOR ANY RELOCATIONS OR MODIFICATION REQUIRED IN ORDER TO <br />UNDERTAKE WORKS DESCRIBED IN THIS CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENT SET. <br />5. CONTRACTOR SHALL STAKE LAYOUT OF ALL WALLS, STRUCTURES, COLUMNS, PROPERTY LINES, WALKS, TREES, ETC., FOR OWNER'S <br />REPRESENTATIVE TO REVIEW PRIOR TO INSTALLATION. FAILURE TO RECEIVE REVIEW AND APPROVAL OF DIMENSIONAL LAYOUT <br />MAY BE CAUSE TO REQUIRE REMOVAL AND REPLACEMENT OF INSTALLED WORK BY THE CONTRACTOR AT NO ADDITIONAL COST TO <br />THE OWNER. <br />6. CONTRACTOR SHALL ARRANGE FOR LAYOUT APPROVAL WITH OWNER'S REPRESENTATIVE PROVIDING A MINIMUM OF TWO WORKING <br />DAYS NOTICE PRIOR TO ANY EXECUTION OF WORK. <br />7. DEVIATIONS FROM OR MODIFICATION OF LAYOUT AND DIMENSIONS SHOWN ON THIS PLAN SHALL REQUIRE PRIOR APPROVAL BY THE <br />OWNER. <br />8. ALL EQUIPMENT ILLUSTRATED ON THIS PLAN SHALL BE PURCHASED AND INSTALLED BY THE CONTRACTOR. <br />9. LAYOUT OF ALL EQUIPMENT SHALL BE PERFORMED BY THE CONTRACTOR AND IS SUBJECT TO REVIEW BY THE OWNER'S <br />REPRESENTATIVE. <br />10. ALL PLAYGROUND EQUIPMENT SHALL BE INSTALLED IN ACCORDANCE WITH MANUFACTURER'S INSTRUCTIONS AND U.S.C.P.S/ASTM <br />GUIDELINES. STRICT FALL ZONE COMPLIANCE WILL BE ENFORCED. <br />111 CONTRACTOR SHALL PROVIDE AND INSTALL PLAYGROUND SAND AND ENGINEERED WOOD FIBAR PLAY SURFACING TO A MINIMUM <br />DEPTH OF 12" SETTLED MATERIAL. <br />12. CONTRACTOR TO OBTAIN ALL APPROPRIATE STRUCTURAL CERTIFICATION AND VERIFICATION OF MONUMENTS, WALLS, <br />STRUCTURES, ETC., PRIOR TO CONSTRUCTION AS PART OF SHOP DRAWING'S TO BE APPROVED BY OWNER'S REPRESENTATIVE. <br />13. CONTRACTOR SHALL BE REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ALL SHOP DRAWINGS, CUT SHEETS AND COLOR SELECTION INFORMATION <br />ASSOCIATED WITH EQUIPMENT TO BE INSTALLED ON SITE TO OWNER'S REPRESENTATIVES PRIOR TO INSTALLATION. <br />ALL CONSTRUCTION SHALL BE IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE CITY'S STANDARDS. <br />15. VERIFY ALL EXISTING UTILITY LOCATIONS PRIOR TO CONSTRUCTION AND NOTIFY THE ENGINEER OR OWNER IF ANY CONFLICT WITH <br />THE DRAWINGS OCCUR. <br />16. IT SHALL BE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CONTRACTOR TO PROTECT EXISTING UTILITY LINES SHOWN ON THE PLANS AND THOSE <br />UTILITY LINES WHICH MAY NOT BE SHOWN. THE CONTRACTOR SHALL NOTIFY ALL UTILITY COMPANIES FORTY-EIGHT HOURS PRIOR <br />TO CONSTRUCTION. <br />17.
