The exterior brick, accent brick and roof
colors were presented and Council unanimously chose
the colors.
RESOLUTION #17 - APPROVAL OF CITY'S PERSONNEL
MANUAL Resolution #17, Series 1989, "A Resolution adopting
and approving the provisions of an Employee Handbook
superseding the previous Personnel Manual."
Broome summarized the changes and differences in the
new Employee Handbook stating that the handbook is
written in a "user-friendly" style and designed to
give employees understandable information about City
policies and procedures that affect them.
