<br />Historic Preservation Commission <br />Meeting Minutes <br />January 16, 2008 <br />Page 11 of 12 <br /> <br />Muth will get the HPC's comments to the Planning staff. <br /> <br />2008 Meeting Notice Posting Locations <br /> <br />Muth stated that at the first meeting of every year the Commission is required to <br />determine the posting locations for meeting agendas. Those locations should be City <br />Hall, the Library, the Recreation Center, the Police Department, and on the City's web <br />site to be consistent with all of the City's other board and commission meeting notices. <br /> <br />Koertje moved the meeting agendas be posted as noted, Lewis seconded the motion. All <br />members approve the motion. <br /> <br /> <br />Next Commission Project <br /> <br />Given the late hour members decided to postpone this discus <br />meeting. <br /> <br />Koertje stated that he is working on getting someone f <br />come speak to the Commission. <br /> <br />Planning Department Referrals - Aggregate Industries, ighway 42 <br /> <br />Muth stated that this is a request for new <br />of the railroad tracks.
