Re- activation of membership options
Summit Club: the Summit Club program has effectively been replaced by the
Imperial (7 day) and Regal (weekday) programs. Registered letters have been
sent out to current Summit Club members offering the following options for
unexpired portions of Summit Memberships. Option 1: (default option if the
player does not respond) playing privileges renew as of the reopening day and,
when the remaining days of Summit Club membership are used up, a discount
rate on Imperial and Regal passes will be provided until the July 1, 2016 start
date for new memberships. Option 2: Summit Club members can delay
reactivation of remaining Summit privileges to a date of their choosing with the
proviso that unused Summit club days will expire on June 30, 2016. Option 3:
Summit Club members can play until July 8, 2015 to decide which of Option 1 or
Option 2 to select.
An email will be sent to Peak Player Club members shortly with details of how
unused Peak Players privileges will transition to the new Ajax (7 day) and Acme
(weekday) passes. It is expected that several email addresses will no longer be
valid and a link will be published so that anyone who does not receive the email
can find out how to respond.
c. Peak Players and Summit Club members must re- register by phone or at the
clubhouse to get access to their 14 -day advanced tee -time booking privilege.
Registration will be automatic for those who sign up for the Regal, Imperial, Ajax
or Acme programs. The new automated Point -of -Sale system will recognize
registered members and allow 14 -day advanced booking.
The website is not 100% complete but tee -time booking has a working
automated link.
PARKS AND RECREATION DEPARTMENT • 749 MAIN STREET • LOUISVILLE, CO 80027
(303) 335 -4735 • FAX (303) 335 -4738
www.louisvilleco.gov
PARKS RECREATION SENIOR SERVICES OPEN SPACE FORESTRY TRAILS GOLF
