WURL/HARPER LAKE WILDLIFE <br />SANCTUARY CITIZEN ADVISORY BOARD <br /> <br />Davidson read the Certificate of Appreciation, which was presented <br />to the following people: <br /> <br />Pete Clements <br />Rudy Schattke <br />Bob Sorensen <br />Dr. Jeff Wunder <br />Bill Virene <br />Bill Burton <br />Ron Dunning <br />Bill Daniels <br />Dom DeSantis <br /> <br />Spence Lasley <br />Eric Slack <br />Robert Urbach <br />Sean Gatlin <br />Bob Distine <br />Ron Dunning <br />Gary Bedford <br />Ken Black <br /> <br />SE}~TE BILL 91-33 - OPEN MEETINGS - DESIGNATION OF PUBLIC PLACE OR <br />P~CES FOR POSTING NOTICES OF PUBLIC MEETINGS <br /> <br />Susan Griffiths, City Attorney, stated that State law requires that <br />each year, at the City's first meeting of the year, the City <br />designate the public place for posting meeting notices. <br /> <br />Howard moved that Council approve the designation for the public <br />place for posting meeting notices on the glassed in bulletin boards <br />on the south and north wall in the entry way to City Hall and <br />direct the City Administrator to distribute to all City Boards, <br />Commissions, and other Advisory Boards a copy of the City <br />Attorney's memorandum of May 29, 1991, and November 11, 1992, and <br />a copy of the motion passed by the Council at this meeting. <br />Seconded by Mayer.
