They previoulsy <br />submitted an application for these dates and were approved for a special event <br />permit inside their premises. Since then, they have decided to have an outdoor <br />event and have gone through the special event process with the City. They have <br />agreed to limit the hours to Friday from 3 -9PM and Saturday from 10AM — 9 PM. <br />Since there is no provision to allow a special event liquor permit to move, this has <br />been treated as a separate application. The premises have been posted with a <br />public notice for ten days and no objections have been received. <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />Authority approve the Special Events Permit. <br />LOCAL LICENSING AUTHORITY <br />
