RESOLUTION NO. 83 <br /> SERIES 2015 <br /> A RESOLUTION APPROVING AN AMENDMENT TO THE COLONY SQUARE <br /> PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT (PUD) TO ALLOW A 160 SQUARE FOOT, 6.25 FOOT <br /> TALL SIGN AT LOT 5, COLONY SQUARE. <br /> WHEREAS, there has been submitted to the Louisville City Council an application <br /> for an amendment to the Colony Square planned unit development (PUD) to allow a 160 <br /> square foot, 6,25 foot tall sign at Lot 5, Colony Square, and <br /> WHEREAS, the City Staff has reviewed the information submitted and found that <br /> the application complies with the Louisville zoning regulations and other applicable <br /> sections of the Louisville Municipal Code, and <br /> WHEREAS, after a duly noticed public hearing on October 8, 2015, where evidence <br /> and testimony were entered into the record, including the findings in the Louisville Planning <br /> Commission Staff Report dated October 8, 2015, the Planning Commission recommends <br /> approval of the PUD Amendment to the City Council; and <br /> WHEREAS, City Council has reviewed the application, including the <br /> recommendation of the Planning Commission, and finds that it complies with Chapter <br /> 17.28.210 of the Louisville Municipal Code, <br /> NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of <br /> Louisville, Colorado does hereby approve Resolution 83, Series 2015, a resolution <br /> approving an amendment to the Colony Square planned unit development (PUD) to allow <br /> a 160 square foot, 6,25 foot tall sign at Lot 5, Colony Square, with no conditions <br /> D AND ADOPTED this 17th day of N•vember, 2015 <br /> By -_ JaY .44 <br /> Ro•ert P Muckle, Mays r <br /> * *,` City of Louisville, Colorado <br /> Attest. i - A.L■ ! <br /> Nancy Varra, C '!
