Boulder County, CO 03503117 4 of 7 <br />1. Exhibits B and C to the Easement are hereby replaced in their entirety with the attached <br />Exhibits B and C. <br />2. Section 1.1 is amended by the addition of the following sentence to be added to the end <br />of the section: "Neither the screened signage field nor any sign thereon shall be illuminated." <br />3. The Easement, as amended by this First Amendment, remains in full force and effect in <br />accordance with its terms. In the event of any conflict between the Easement and this First Amendment, <br />the First Amendment shall control. <br />4. Capitalized terms used in this First Amendment shall have the same meaning as <br />capitalized terms defined in the Easement. <br />5. This First Amendment may be executed in several counterparts; all of which taken <br />together shall be considered to be one document. Facsimile signatures shall be binding and accepted as <br />originals. <br />6.
