(SEE ATTACHED) that have been submitted through his office, a brief statement from the applicant, Jack Hunt, and a statement from Lee Birch. He stated that this evidence will show that the applicant meets the statutory requirements necessary for the Authority's finding. Jack Hunt, 2226 Northglenn Drive, Colorado Springs, Colorado, stated that he was born in Colorado, graduated from Western State College and Adams State College, and was married with children. He reviewed his work history and stated that he is a member of Optimists International. He stated that in February they purchased Colacci's Restaurant with the intention of continuing the family restaurant tradition. Lee Birch, 1216 Main Street, Louisville, Colorado, stated that she was working at Colacci's, when Mr. Hunt bought the restaurant and she enjoys working for and with him. Sisk: Initially, the liquor application that was signed on December 26, 1992, is it fair to say that that is your signature? Hunt: Yes, it is. Sisk: Was that application filled out by you, Sir? Hunt: Yes, Sir. Sisk: Is that still true? Hunt: The only thing that would change now is, obviously, I also have a copy of the FBI report. So, the comment, "not sure of the charge," is more obvious. Sisk: Am I led to believe, Sir, that on December 26, 1992, you were not sure of the charges that later appeared? Hunt: That's correct, Sir. Sisk: You said on your application, "I've been arrested, but not sure of charge." When I read that, I read it as one charge, singular. Would that be true as we stand today? Hunt: It was not intended to mean one charge. It means I was arrested, 7
