TRACK INN LIQUOR LICENSE RENEWAL Griffiths: Mr. Presiding Officer and members of the Liquor Licensing Authority, last night at the conclusion of the hearing on the renewal application for a tavern liquor license by 1006 Pine, Inc. you directed me to prepare a draft, findings, conclusions and decision denying the application. It was understood at the time that there was no final decision and that prior to any final decision being made you wished to see the draft. I will hand out for you now a copy of a draft decision and I'd like to provide just a few initial comments on it. The first paragraphs one through twelve of the draft decision describe essentially the events that led to the hearing concluded on October 5. They identify the applicant, what the applicant applied for. Mr. Patzer, as President and Treasurer of the applicant and as the owner of one hundred percent financial interest in the applicant. Then, the applicant acquired position of when the current license expires and a series of paragraphs describing the actions of the licensing Authority on the renewal application. That goes again through paragraph twelve. Paragraph thirteen identifies that the continued hearing was held on October 5, 1993. Paragraph fourteen through twenty contains the more substantive provisions of the draft decision. I wonder, Mayor, if you would like me to read those aloud.
