Via Appia <br />Call to Order — Meeting was called to order by Jeff Lipton at 6:30 pm. <br />Board members present: Gina Barton, Michele Van Pelt, Tom <br />Tennessen, Alex Gorsevski, Rich Bradford, Michael Menaker, Linda <br />Hodge, Lisa Norgard, Brett Commander, Kaylix McClure, Deborah <br />Fahey <br />Staff members present: Julie Seydel, Kathy Martin, Heather Balser, <br />Allan Gill and Joe Stevens <br />City Council Present: Jeff Lipton and Susan Loo <br />II. Approve January 13, 2016 Meeting Minutes - Minutes were approved <br />III. Sink Combs Dethlefs introduced staff from RRC who will be <br />conducting the citizen survey. Chris Cares from RRC gave an <br />introduction of methodology for the survey. A brief discussion of the <br />postcard that will be mailed was held and it was decided that City staff <br />would make edits to the postcard. There was substantial discussion <br />on big picture topics regarding the survey and then the discussion <br />turned to specific question details. RRC will work with City staff to <br />edit the survey prior to the next task force meeting.
