Comedy <br />3. Foreign <br />Price points: $3 children; $5 adults. <br />Films should be appropriate for all ages so that it can be a family event <br />5. Anyone can do a survey -just give it to Julie <br />Events: <br />1. Astronomy Night was very well attended in spite of the weather, 90 people <br />2. Coffeehouse Concert: Crab Shack & Love, Peace, Jigs & Reels had 93 people <br />3. Salsa & Swing Dance Event had 65 participants <br />Upcoming Events: <br />Andy led a lively discussion about Concerts in the Park. The banner and any shade <br />provisions will not come out of the $3600 Concerts in the Park budget. <br />Action items: <br />1. Kathy will check whether patio tables could be moved for June 12th concert and if <br />there are enough electrical outlets there. <br />2. Andy will check cost of renting a tent to protect the performers and work on <br />logistics <br />3. Kathy will check City Code to see if we can string banner across McCaslin at <br />Dillon <br />4.
