<br /> <br />Resource Conservation <br /> <br />Advisory Board <br /> <br />Meeting Minutes <br />September 10, 2007 <br /> <br />Call to Order - Chairperson, Mark Persichetti, called the meeting to order at <br />6:45 p.m. <br /> <br />Roll Call was taken and the following members were present: <br /> <br />Board Members Present: Mark Persichetti, Richard Smith, Laura Page, <br />Beth Armbruster <br /> <br />Board Members Absent: Jenny Braus, Billy O'Donnell <br /> <br />Staff Members Present: None <br /> <br />Council Members Present: Dave Clabots <br /> <br />Approval of Agenda - The agenda was approved by all members. <br /> <br />Approval of Meeting Minutes - The minutes from the August 13th meeting <br />were approved with correction to wording of North End Project. <br /> <br />Public Comments - <br /> <br />1. Labor Day events went well, no obvious problems <br />2. Eco Cycle had enough volunteers <br />3. Vendors were responsible for their own compost materials <br />4. Mark to follow-up w/Elle Cabbage from Louisville to discuss contacting <br />vendors and request compostable material for next year's zero waste event. <br />5. Rates and volume of waste not available yet <br />6. Light bulb giveaway - dollar donation funds may stay in this boards' budget <br />7. Bulbs for sale at Land Management, need to advertise to Louisville residents <br />8. No limits on amount of bulbs sold to public <br />9. Laura to contact Wendy Phillips to discuss selling bulbs at Performing Arts <br />Center during performances <br />10. Advertise cloth bags (if available) with light bulbs on Louisville City website, <br />H20 bill. Mark will check with Scott Robson. <br />11.
