<br />along the South Line of the SW1/4 of said Section 9 to a Westerly Right-of-way Line of State Highway

<br />460.52 feet; Thence Westerly, 163.64 feet along the arc of a curve concave to the South to a point
<br />tangent, said arc having a radius of 2080.00 feet, a central angle of 04°30'27", and being subtended
