The property owner
must comply with several conditions including a
minimum annexation of 30 acres and approval by
Council of PCZD commercial or industrial zoning.
This provision in tYie Code will give the City the
latitude to initiatE~ annexation discussions with
the owners of the property that will ultimately be
developed as major commercial tax centers and
provide an incentive to the property owner to
annex.
