SWEARING-IN CEREMONIES The following people were sworn into office by <br />Laurence Enrietto: <br />Herman Fauson, Mayor <br />William Hesson, Treasurer <br />Robert Szymanski, Councilman <br />Stephen Anderson, Councilman <br />Randy Carnival, Councilman <br />Michael Mohr, Councilman <br />Alan Scarpella, Councilman <br />John Sackett, Councilman <br />SIGNING OF OATHS New members signed Oaths of Office and took their <br />respective seats. <br />CALL TO ORDER AND <br />ROLL CALL Mayor Fauson called the meeting to order and the <br />following members were present: <br />Herman Fauson, Mayor <br />Robert Szymanski, Councilman <br />Stephen Anderson, Councilman <br />Randy Carnival, Councilman <br />Michael Mohr, Councilman <br />Alan Scarpella, Councilman <br />John Sackett, Councilman <br />BLESSING Father McGinn offered the blessing. <br />RESOLUTION OF <br />RECOGNITION The following Resolutions of Recognition were read <br /> and adopted u nanimously: <br /> Resolution #2 - Norbert A. Meier <br /> Resolution #3 - John T. Leary <br /> Resolution #4 - Mike Cussen <br /> Resolution #5 - Elizabeth J. Johnson <br /> Resolution #6 - Rick Luce <br /> Resolution #7 - Susan K. Morris <br />MAYOR'S COMMENTS Mayor Fauson gave a speech thanking the citizens <br /> of Louisville who participated in the November, <br /> 1985 Election and promised to identify <br /> opportunities to improve and manage the City of <br /> Louisville. <br />SELECTION OF <br />MAYOR PRO TEM Mayor Fauson moved' that Councilman Mike Mohr be <br /> appointed as Mayor' Pro Tem. Szymanski seconded. <br /> By acclamation, Mike Mohr was appointed Mayor Pro <br /> Tem. <br />CITY ATTORNEY Mayor Fauson moved that Curt Rautenstraus be <br /> appointed as City Attorney.
