LOUISVILLE CITY COUNCIL APRIL 15, 1986 REGULAR MEETING The City Council of the City of Louisville met in Regular Session in the Council Chambers, 749 Main Street, Louisville, Colorado. Mayor Fauson called the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m. and the following persons were present: Councilmembers: Mike Mohr, Bob Szymanski, Alan Scarpella, Steve Anderson, John Sackett, and Randy Carnival Staff present: Terry Hundley, City Administrator Curt Rautenstraus, City Attorney Tom Phare, Director of Public Works Sharon Asti-Caranci, Director of Financial Services August Hioco, Director of Community Services Rich Wanush, Director of Community Development Also present: Pam Ferris, City Clerk William Hesson, Treasurer Absent: APPROVAL OF AGENDA APPROVAL OF CONSENT CALENDAR CONSENT CALENDAR: PROCLAMATION - ARBOR WEEK AND ARBOR DAY Rod Leesman, Direci~or of Public Safety Mayor Fauson asked for additions or corrections to the Agenda. None. Mayor Fauson moved that the Agenda be approved. Mohr seconded. Unanimous. Mayor Fauson asked for additions or corrections to the Consent Calendar. Anderson wanted to move Item 3E to Regular Business. However due to the placement on, and the length of, the Agenda, Anderson withdrew :his request. The Consent Calendar was then unanimously approved as presented. A. Approval of Minutes B. Approval of Bills C. Monthly Financial Report D. Approval of Pay Estimate #7 Plant Expansion Phase II - E. Approval of Liquor License Corporate Structure Change F. Approval of Extended Hours Inn - Water Treatment Williams Concrete Renewal and - Track Inn for Old Louisville Mayor Fauson read in its entirety a proclamation proclaiming April ].3-19 as Arbor Week and April 19 as Arbor Day in the: City of Louisville. 1
