INTERGOVERNMENTAL AGREEMENT <br />AMENDMENT - TROUSIL PROPERTY <br />Wanush explained tY:iat the Trousil Property is <br />currently under consideration for annexation and <br />the property in question was inadvertently <br />included in the buffer area as part of the <br />agreement between Louisville, Lafayette and <br />Boulder County to preserve open space. In order <br />to consider the annexation, the Intergovernmental <br />Agreement would have to be amended. Neither <br />Boulder County nor the City of Lafayette have <br />objections to the amendment. <br />Anderson moved that. Council authorize the Mayor to <br />sign the amendment (new Exhibit A) to the <br />Intergovernmental Agreement to exclude the Trousil <br />parcel. Mohr seconded. Unanimous. <br />Anderson asked Mayor Fauson to please excuse him <br />from the meeting during deliberation on Resolution <br />#21 so as not to create a possible conflict of <br />interest. <br />RESOLUTION #21 - SPECIAL REVIEW USE <br />PRECISION AUTOMOTIVE Rautenstraus read in its entirety Resolution #21, <br />"A Resolution approving a Special Review Use for <br />Precision Automotive." <br />Wanush explained that the applicant, Kenneth <br />Kreager, the owner of Precision Automotive, is <br />requesting Special Review Use approval for his <br />automotive repair business to be located in the <br />Louisville Trade Center at the corner of Colorado <br />42 and Griffith St. The Trade Center is a <br />previously approved PUD in an industrial zone. <br />The Planning Commission reviewed this request in <br />a public hearing on April 8, 1986 and recommends <br />approval with the following conditions: 1) Show <br />on the PUD the overnight outside storage of <br />vehicles limited to the five spaces indicated by <br />staff; 2) Overnight storage of vehicles limited to <br />those being serviced; 3) No more than one car for <br />sale on the property at any one time and that <br />vehicle is not to have "For Sale" signs in the <br />windows; 4) Painting and welding to be limited to <br />those activities that conform to fire and building <br />codes; 5) The Owner (Mr. Bellock) provide a bond <br />for the remainder of landscaping on Griffith <br />Street. If not completed by July of 1986, the <br />bond will be implemented. However, Wanush stated <br />that since that time the question of the <br />landscaping was reviewed by the Planning <br />Commission, staff has confirmed that the <br />landscaping has been completed as per the PUD and <br />10 <br />
