TRI-CITY ELKS CHANGE OF LOCATION APPLICATION - CLUB LIQUOR LICENSE - <br />PUBLIC HEARING Ferris explained that the Tri-City Elks has <br />applied for a change of location for their Club <br />Liguor License. The new address is 525 Main <br />Street and this is the scheduled public hearing. <br />Proper posting and publication were established. <br />Mayor Fauson opened the public hearing. <br />Dave Stahl, representative for the Elks, stated <br />that the Elks is in the process of moving to the <br />new location from 628 LaFarge Ave. and asks that <br />Council approve the change of location application <br />for the Club Liquor License. <br />Mayor Fauson asked for anyone wishing to speak in <br />favor of or in opposition to the change of <br />location application. None. <br />Rautenstraus pointed out this location has been <br />the site of a restaurant liquor license for <br />several years and this location has shown to be <br />appropriate for this type of use. This request is <br />for the location change of the Tri-City Elks' <br />present Club License. <br />Mayor Fauson closed the public hearing and asked <br />for a motion. Mohr moved that the Tri-City Elks <br />Change of Location Application for their Club <br />Liquor License be approved. Szymanski seconded. <br />By Roll Call Vote, the motion was passed <br />unanimously. <br />CHRIS & CHARLIES'S RESTAURANT LIQUOR LICENSE APPLICATION - SET <br />PUBLIC HEARING An application for a Restaurant Liquor License was <br />received in the City Clerk's office on Sept. 11, <br />1986. The applicant, Liberty Restaurants, Inc. <br />has leased 1000 So. Boulder Road, (formerly Coal <br />Creek Restaurant) and are applying for a <br />restaurant liquor license. A public hearing is <br />required as well as establishing "the needs of the <br />neighborhood." Staff recommend that a public <br />hearing be set for October 21, 1986, at which time <br />the applicant will have a petition to present to <br />Council establishing the needs of the <br />neighborhood. <br />Anderson moved that a public hearing be set for <br />October 21, 1986, for a Restaurant Liquor License <br />for Liberty Restaurants. Scarpella seconded. <br />Unanimous. <br />ORDINANCE #913 - REZONING OF SCHEMPP PROPERTY - <br />PUBLIC HEARING Hundley stated that a letter from the proponents <br />of this rezoning of the Schempp Property asked <br />2 <br />
